Project R.I.D.E. has been a truly enlightening experience. The students vary wildly in their abilities and all really seem to improve over their course. The horses that are used here are well-trained, docile animals that are suited for the lessons offered by Project R.I.D.E. As a university student, I’ve often learned via textbooks; however, some things I’ve learned at Project R.I.D.E. I would never have fully understood had I stayed in the classroom. Being a volunteer here has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it!
