Community Outreach Manager

Since 2008
Marisa DeSalles started volunteering with Project R.I.D.E. in 2003 and returned as a staff member in 2008. Marisa’s favorite part of her role at Project R.I.D.E. is watching new riders overcome their fears. She lives with her family in Sacramento and enjoys gardening, cooking, camping and volunteering. She has so far adopted two feral-born cats from Project RIDE and they are currently so spoiled, you’d never guess at their humble beginnings. You might see Marisa out in the community representing RIDE and recruiting volunteers, donors and friends for Project RIDE. Here’s a video of Marisa talking about RIDE for the Big Day of Giving event on Good Day 31.
